I have been consuming hemp seeds for many years. I like them for their nutrient content, the fact that you can add them to a lot of different meals and, because they are a good source of vegetarian omega fats.
Hemp seeds are full of nutrition, enjoyable to eat and versatile to use. I use them daily in my breakfast cereal and sprinkled on my salads. I am thinking of trying hemp milk too.
A good product. I have them every day with my breakfast.
