As with the Hemp Seeds I purchased the Hold Seed Oil as well. It’s great to pour over your salad for extra flavour also to take straight as a healthy treat
been buying these hemp seeds for some time now. Love the flavour and use them in a lot of my meals especially mixed in with my morning cereal. Also sprinkle some over my salad to add extra flavour. Great product
I add these to bread and muffin mixes and to sprinkle on salads. Super useful little mixes.
