Have them everyday in my high protein salad and love their nutty flavour.

My dog was given 3 mo. to 3 years because his heart murmur was so bad. I gave him this hemp oil daily. I can put his medicine in my hand with some hemp oil and he eats it right up. Or over a bit of meat with his medicine. He LOVES this oil. and last May the vet told me his murmur is almost gone - it's a very soft murmur now. 3yr on, that other vet was so wrong.
So if this oil is that good for my dog, it has to be good for me - and I use it in baking, cooking, salads - it is delicious, as well as life saving. THANK YOU!
Lovely hemp seeds. I just make homemade sourdough crackers with hemp seeds and parmesan cheese. I've just begun the exploration - I can never buy crackers from the store again. Or put hemp seeds in my porage. Or cookies. Or bread. These are extra fresh, beautiful seeds. Highly recommended.
