Great protein powder, I use it in so many ways and it is even great mixed into almond milk with touch of cinnamon as a quick protein drink.
These capsules help a lot with arthritic pain. Does not completely take away the pain, but it certainly helps to let me function with day to day tasks.
Great product I ad to my breakfast to enable me to take a tablet for a lung problem without getting stomach upset.
Have bought this product for years. The taste is not noticeable at all in smoothies, protein balls etc. I prefer this to the flavoured protein
