I added frozen blueberries, collagen powder and Kakadu Plum Vit. C. powders. I use coconut water. Omg it was so good. My chocoholic hubby loves these shakes also.
No sugar spikes or crashes for me.
It's great to find a clean, soy & filler free protein alternative.
