I have several complex health issues, and occasionally am too tired to prepare a meal. Hemp gold protein is a very nourishing protein, that I occasionally use as a meal replacement. I know I am getting all essential amino acids as well as much needed iron, magnesium B1 and zinc.
Too soon for me to see any benefits but it tastes amazing! It has a tangy berry taste and it’s way better than other protein powders I’ve had where they have that really grainy and off-putting taste and texture.

Delivery was prompt, but they haven't made any difference whatsoever to the pain or to reducing the inflamation - nothing has changed which is so disheartening.
