This is the first time trying this product. I take the oil three times a day and I found my muscle spasms from my epilepsy have reduced dramatically. The spasms are stress related, more I stressed the more spasms I get and even in my sleep then my body wakes up the next day feeling sore and stiff. After taking the oil I rest better in my sleep and I don’t feel my muscles are sore or stiff as before. I have found taking this oil has improved the quality of my life.

Was sceptical at first. I have arthritis in my back which is crippling. These tablets do not totally take the pain away, but dull it enough to be effective. Highly recommend this product.
