seeds and oil are fantastic as usual
We live gluten free, dairy free and meat free with very limited sugar intake, so a protein shake is the easiest way to reach our protein goal each day. Unfortunately the Variety is very limited with these restrictions. We tried A LOT and never finished a box because most use stevia as a sweetener and the shake becomes sickeningly sweet for someone who has limited sweets in general.
Thaumatin makes it a little better, while not perfect. It’s a sweetness alike to stevia, just not as extreme. I mix this with my hubbies instant coffee, to take away sweetness, and soy milk and it tastes a little the Java chip latte at Starbucks. Works for me. I made protein balls with this as well, but found the sweetener always comes through quite strongly - and a shake gives a higher amount of protein, so that will remain my go-to. Still need to try this with my ninja dreami… I would definitely order again!
I definitely recommend this to add to your breakfast, I love on my oats! It is sweet and a bit salty.
