2 | frozen bananas |
1 cup | blueberries |
1 tsp | hemp protein |
1/2 cup | milk of your choice |
2 | dates |
2 tbs | hulled hemp seeds |
1/4 cup | berries and yogurt of your choice to serve |
Blend the bananas, blueberries, milk, dates and hemp protein until smooth.
Serve with the berries, hemp seeds and yogurt.
(option to toast the hemp seeds if you would prefer)
