You may have noticed a change to the vegan status of our Chocolate Brownies, Choc Chip Cookies and Double Choc Cookies.
While no milk has been added to our baking mixes, our manufacturing partner has recently updated their allergen labelling requirements due to shared production facilities. This means milk must now be declared as “contains” rather than “may contain.”
While many of our products are made with wholefoods and nuts, they are produced in facilities where allergens are present. As a result of this updated classification, we’re no longer able to label these products as vegan.
We know this may be disappointing and we’re sorry. We’re exploring solutions so we can hopefully return to vegan status in the future.
