Serves: 6
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- ½ cup almonds (optional)
- ½ cup cashews (optional)
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 block dark chocolate
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup culinary lavender
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 150C.
- In a bowl mix honey, vanilla, water, salt, desiccated coconut and coconut oil in a bowl.
- Mix in seeds.
- Place in greased muffin tray holes and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Dip in melted dark chocolate with a fork and sprinkle with coconut, salt and lavender.
