Ingredients
- 1 cup hemp peanut butter
- 1 cup coconut flour
- ½ cup natural maple flavoured syrup
- 1 heaped tbsp chocolate hemp protein powder
- 100g vegan dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- ¼ cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- 1 large pinch salt
Method
In a large bowl mix hemp peanut butter and maple syrup.
Stir in coconut flour, protein powder, peanuts and hemp seeds until a thick dough forms.
Press dough into a baking paper lined baking dish brushed and smooth over with the back of a spoon. Freeze for 20 minutes.
In a small glass bowl within a bain-marie melt chocolate and coconut oil.
Pour chocolate ganache over chilled dough, sprinkle with additional hemp seeds. Place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to set.
Slice into bars.
