Hiking Energy Hemp Ball

Ingredients: 

  • 4 dried bananas
  • 3 tbls Hemp seeds
  • 3 tbls shredded coconut
  • 1 tbls Hemp oil
  • 1 tbls peanut butter
  • 2 tbls golden syrup or other liquid sweetener of choice
  • Extra Hemp seeds for rolling
  •  

    Method: 

    Blend everything together until it becomes a course sticky mixture that hold together. 

    Wet your hands lightly and roll them into ping pong size balls.  Finally, roll each of the balls into more hemp seeds.  Place in the fridge to set.  Pack and take them with you everywhere!
