I never taken pain medication over the counter. This alternative was a god send, recently going through some body fighting infection/neck pain. I needed help with the pain.

Only been taking for 10 days,starting to notice slight improvement in pain relief and less pain in knees hopefully the longer I am on them the more improvement in my mobility will occur
Can't say I've felt any benefits from this product, except for a weird taste that keeps repeating. Waste of $70
A lot of shells with the seeds in the bag and they really hurt my teeth.
