Method:
In a bowl add the Dijon mustard and lemon juice, whisking as you go. Add the minced garlic and continue to whisk, while adding the tobasco.
Continue to whisk while you slowly pour in the oil. This mixture will thicken and create the most luxurious velvety dressing ever.
Alternatively (and a faster way to make the dressing) is to place all ingredients in a jar and shake shake shake. This is super easy, but will not yield quite the same velvety consistency as the whisked one.
