Black Bean Chocolate Brownies

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 can of black beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbs of organic hemp protein chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

For fun:

  • Can add half a cup of choc chips of choice or choc circles on top

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180oC . Add all ingredients (except choc chips) in a good food processor, and blend until completely smooth. Then add the choc chips, stir them through and pour mixture into a pan (or choc chips on top at the end) and cook them for 15-18 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. If they still look a bit undercooked, you can put them in the fridge and they will firm.
