This protein packed smoothie is an awesome post workout snack. Containing 23 grams of protein in one serve, it's a delicious and convenient way to meet your daily requirements and aid in muscle recovery. The best part is you don’t need a blender, just pop into a mason jar or shaker and shake, shake, shake!

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 500 ml your favourite plant mylk
  • 2 heaped tbsp Hemp protein (20 grams)
  • Stevia to taste

    METHOD

    1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender or shaker and blend on high speed or shake until well combined.

    2. Pour into a glass or jar if using a blender and enjoy mindfully. You can also top it with chocolate shavings for that extra bit of love.
