Hemp and Buckwheat Raw Porridge

INGREDIENTS

For Porridge

  • 3/4 cup raw buckwheat groats, soaked overnight in water
  • 1 scoop hemp Gold Protein
  • Just under 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

For the chocolate sauce

  • 1 tbs cacao powder
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs coconut oil, melted

To serve

  • fresh berries coconut flakes to serve

METHOD

Drain and rinse the buckwheat.

Blend the porridge ingredients until smooth then pour into a bowl.

Mix the chocolate sauce ingredients together until smooth, swirl over the porridge then top with the berries.
