Directions
For each ice block, add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the moulds and place in the freezer for minimum 4 hours to set.
Remove from moulds and enjoy!
For the chocolate, you can drizzle some melted chocolate over them.
Store them in a sealed container in the freezer.
Berry
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Hemp Berry protein
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries/raspberries
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Optional - 1 tbsp maple syrup
Chocolate
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa/cacao
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Vanilla Matcha
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- 2 tsp matcha
- 1/4 cup vanilla hemp protein
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch sea salt
