Polish Cabbage Salad

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1/2 lb white cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium size apple, peeled, cored and shredded
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 4 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp Hemp oil/ hemp butter (ghee)

    •  

    METHOD

    Mix all and steam until cabbage is cooked, but still firm. Add hemp oil (or butter) if desired and serve
