Protein Power Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 g Hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp Hemp protein powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp golden flax meal
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 20 g Satvia (or other refined sugar-free sweetener to taste)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  •  

    METHOD

    Heat coconut oil in a frying pan. Whisk together all ingredients until a pancake batter is formed. Fry up the pancakes in batches and serve warm, topped with some maple syrup.
