Spicy Mango Chutney

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2 ripe mangos, washed, peeled, and sliced
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped (or 1/2 tsp dry powder)
  • 3 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tsp Hulled Hemp Seed
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp brown rice syrup
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/16 tsp cayenne pepper

    METHOD

    Place all in blender until a puree. A hot chutney that aids digestion
