- 75ml sesame oil
- 75ml apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 1 tsp mustard or mustard powder
- 1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
- Paprika to taste
- 1 tbsp red wine (optional)
- 1 tsp Tamari

Been buying this for a few years now... an easy way to add protein to my breakfast shake... neutral/nutty taste. An excellent product.
This powder is so light and very gentle on the digestive system.
This is the very best protein option in my opinion. I add this to my green drink, my matcha and turmeric latte and whatever else I eat or drink that day. I am so sick of sweeteners. I don’t believe in alcohol sugars at all and stevia as well as thaumatin unfortunately have a very distinct, extreme sweetness that’ll come through nearly everything and just stays in your mouth for ages. Yuck!
So when it comes to unflavored protein powders I prefer this hemp variety over pea protein. Pea protein can be quite strong in taste and changes the texture of whatever you mix it into. Hemp gold protein meanwhile is super flexible! Love it and will definitely stick with it!!!
