Banana, Blueberry & Hemp Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp Hemp protein
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 2 dates
  • 2 tbs Hulled hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup berries and yogurt of your choice to serve
  •  

    METHOD

    Blend the bananas, blueberries, milk, dates and hemp protein until smooth.

    Serve with the berries, hemp seeds and yogurt.

    (option to toast the hemp seeds if you would prefer)
