Ingredients
• 1 cup hemp seeds
• 1.2 cup coconut yoghurt
• 1 cup basil
• 1/2 cup parsley
• 1/4 cup dill
• 1 garlic clove, peeled
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1-3 tbsp water
Salad:
• Lettuce
• Cucumber
• Peas
• Avocado cubes
• Sprouts
• Hemp seeds
• Black sesame seeds
Directions
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and pulse on high until smooth, add the water tbsp by tbsp until you reached the consistency you want.
Prep your salad into bowls and drizzle the dressing over the top. Top with more hemp seeds and black sesame seeds.
